Freight depends on your parcel. Customs charges depend on the item and its value. Ask us about your order before buying.

What can I send?

Send us the product link before ordering if you’re unsure. Some items have shipping restrictions or need special handling, especially batteries, liquids and unusually large parcels.

Where do I collect my parcel?

Our local handoff is in New Market, St. Elizabeth. Wait for “Ready for pickup” in your portal and contact us to confirm collection details.
